Café 353 is for the exclusive enjoyment of all 353 North Clark tenants and their guests.

The Café is open from 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The 353 Fitness Center is exclusive to tenants of the 353 North Clark building. Advantages of 353 Fitness Center membership include:

If you are already a Fitness Formula Club member, please inquire about adding access to the 353 Fitness Center by upgrading to our Multiclub membership program. As a Multiclub member, you automatically receive access to all full-service FFC locations (opens in new window). Think about it! Benefits of Multiclub membership include: access to rock climbing, racquetball, basketball, saunas, pools, convenient and inexpensive parking and discounts on all FFC programs and services and much more.

- Monday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday - Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

353 North Clark Shuttle Service
SP Plus - (312) 445-5226
353 North Clark provides a shuttle service operated by SP Plus during peak commuting hours servicing both Union Station and Ogilvie Transportation Center. The shuttle fleet operates on a predetermined schedule where there are currently two shuttles operating in the mornings between 7:00 a.m. and 9:13 a.m. and two shuttles operating in the evenings, departing the building between 3:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The Office of the Building continues to monitor shuttle demand in conjunction with building population and will adjust the number of shuttles being provided accordingly.
The cost is $2.25 per fare and is paid through your building access badge. Riders can upload funds to their access badge via FreedomPay. Drivers do not accept cash.
“Ride Systems (opens in new window)" is a mobile application compatible with both iOS and Android platforms which includes route information, shuttle locations, ETAs, and viewing of multiple routes simultaneously (morning and afternoon routes). Once downloaded, open the app and click on "353 North Clark."
- Pick up location at 353 North Clark is the circle drive on Upper Carroll.
- Pick up location at Ogilvie Station is the East side of Canal before Washington Street.
- Pick up location at Union Station is the East side of Canal Street before Adams Street.

Mail Services
US Messenger – (312) 445-5232
U.S. Messenger operates an exclusive Messenger Center on the Retail Level.
Outside messengers deliver all parcels to the loading dock where it is intercepted and sorted by the 353 North Clark Messenger Center team and delivered to individual tenant suites along with your U.S. mail. U.S. mail pick-up will also be available at 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Messenger Center Operating Hours:
Monday through Friday – 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday – 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Drop boxes are located on the Retail Level across from the parking garage elevators.

By adding funds to your access badge, you have the easiest way to pay at your fingertips – just tap your badge and go! Bike Room Storage
Two bike rooms are located on the retail level and are accessible via the Kinzie Street entrances. The Orange bike room is located adjacent to the dock security office on the loading dock and the Green bike room is located in the retail level corridor. Access to the bike rooms is allowed during building hours only.
All bikers must register in order to park in these areas. Please complete the Bike Release Form (opens in new window) to register your bike with your facilities administrator. Any questions regarding the bike room, please contact the Office of the Building at (312) 445-5200.
