Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is prohibited throughout the entire building. The no smoking policy applies to all areas on all floors including lobbies and restrooms, as well as the loading dock, garage, stairwells, main lobby and all common areas of the ground floor. Security will remind individuals who smoke in common areas that the building prohibits such activity. The building strictly prohibits vaping, cannabis, or any other cannabis-based products on the premises.
Strict sustainability efforts have prohibited smoking on 353 North Clark property and all designated smoking areas have been eliminated. Our 24-hour Security team will be enforcing no smoking regulations on the exterior grounds and will direct individuals off property if found noncompliant of this policy.
